Our realtor knew what we needed before we even did and started sending us the perfect new builds coming to the area that fit our time frame. I honestly don’t know what would have happened if she wasn’t there to guide us lol. So, we ended up going with a new build she found. Definitely use a realtor even on a new build she made sure everything was smooth she advocated for us when the builders said no and got it done (we wanted the paint color changed they said no later that day she called and said it was taken care of and got the color we wanted). If you have more questions just give our realtor a ring. I’m sure she can answer anything she has been in the area for years.
